Conference & Dinner Package ($115/per person) – SOLD OUT!!
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITING LIST FOR THE FRIDAY DINNER, PLEASE CALL THE GUILD OFFICE AT 630-584-1822. WE DO TEND TO HAVE SOME LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, SO PLEASE LEAVE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BE REACHED ON FRIDAY, JULY 26TH, AND NUMBER OF SPOTS NEEDED. YOU MAY STILL ATTEND THE FULL CONFERENCE BY REGISTERING FOR THE VALUE PACKAGE, BUT FRIDAY DINNER WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.
- Conference attendance Friday & Saturday
- Friday Evening Gourmet dinner with Cardinal Burke and other guests
- Saturday buffet lunch and dinner.
- Conference & Dinner package is limited to the first 100 registrants
Hotel, Conference & Dinner Package ($280.00 per person, based on double occupancy) – includes all of the above, plus the following:
Two nights lodging (Friday & Saturday nights) at the Radisson La Crosse. Based on double occupancy. Limited number of rooms available – rooms held only until June 27. If there will be just one person in the hotel room, please add the additional single supplement charge.
OUR HOTEL ROOM BLOCK IS FULL AT THIS TIME, HOWEVER, THERE MAY BE SOME AVAILABILITY ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. PLEASE CALL THE GUILD OFFICE AT 630-584-1822 TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION FOR THIS PACKAGE.
Single Hotel room supplement ($165.00) – Please add this charge if you will be only one person in the hotel room.
Value Package ($65.00 per person)– Due to the limited seating at the Friday night dinner, we are offering this package, which will allow you to attend all conference activities on both days, excluding the Friday dinner. Includes the following:
- Conference attendance on Friday and Saturday
- Saturday buffet lunch and dinner
- EXCLUDES FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER
Friday box lunch ($14.00 / each) – pre-purchase required. Please choose Veggie or Turkey.
Sunday Buffet Breakfast ($23.00 per person) – pre-purchase required. 9:00 a.m. seating at Culina Mariana.
Cancellation policy: For Conference & Hotel packages, no refunds will be given on the hotel portion after June 27. All other cancellations will be refunded only if notification is received by July 15.
