Hotel, Conference & Dinner Package ($300.00 per person, based on double occupancy) – includes all of the above, plus the following:

Two nights lodging (Friday & Saturday nights) at the Radisson La Crosse.  Based on double occupancy.  Limited number of rooms available – rooms held only until September 20.  If there will be just one person in the hotel room, please add the additional single supplement charge.

Value Package ($65.00 per person)–

Due to the limited seating at the Friday night dinner, we are offering this package, which will allow you to attend all conference activities on both days, excluding the Friday dinner.  Includes the following:

• Conference attendance on Friday and Saturday
• Saturday break and buffet lunch
• EXCLUDES FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER

Cancellation policy:  For Conference & Hotel packages, no refunds will be given on the hotel portion after September 20.   All other cancellations will be refunded only if notification is received by October 10.
